Our client is a Toronto-based marketing and branding agency producing end-to-end campaigns for Canadian businesses. For their customer, they needed a flagship architectural visualization to support the marketing launch of the complex: for PR placements, social media, website creatives, and print collateral.
Lightflow Studio delivered a high-end 3D architectural rendering that presents the full spa experience in one clear, campaign-ready image.
The brief was for one key exterior visualization: a semi-aerial hero shot designed to promote all activities in a single frame.
The composition had to stay readable while capturing a complex layout:
- multi-level terraced pools and jacuzzis at different elevations;
- a standalone sauna building;
- detailed landscaping and greenery designed by the architects;
- lounge zones with fire pits and seating areas;
- the main spa building in the background with panoramic glazing and two upper terraces overlooking the site;
- show how people can joy all the provided activities.
The client provided architectural drawings (site and landscape plans, faсade drawings, sections, and floor plans).
As part of our architectural 3D rendering services, we built a 3D model of the spa complex and its surroundings based on the provided plans and specifications. This full-CGI approach gives full control over the scene – camera angles, lighting, and weather conditions.
Once the base model was ready, we produced initial sketches to present several options for approval. These sketches were developed based on a previously agreed moodboard.
An evening lighting direction was approved to better match the Nordic spa atmosphere and strengthen the “launch hero” impact. To create a marketing-ready exterior architectural rendering, we finalized the scene by refining materials and textures, adding landscaping, and introducing people to bring the image to life. Finally, on the post-production stage, we finalize the image (color matching to references, detail polishing, atmosphere/sky, and overall cleanup) to deliver a photorealistic, high-quality 3D render ready for marketing use.
